Having traveled more than 200 cities in India alone and now started to travel abroad, there was no better way than blogging to record my memories and keep them alive before they got withered away in time. But I found something more than that here. A huge crowd of like minded people with their journeys, stories and experiences. I dedicate this blog to all my travel and photography lovers. As I continue taking more journeys and share it with everyone else, I also want to learn more from the others through their journeys.  And what a great way to do it!! Every journey has more than ‘travel’ involved. It involves a step out of the known and venturing into the unknown, knowing new people, understanding their culture, ethnicity, life principles and evolution. But despite all these differences and uncertainties, something connects them together into one entity called the ‘World’.  This blog can serve two purposes of your travel. One, you discover the significance of the place you intend to travel, through its brief history and culture that I share with you and two, you get information helpful to plan your trip to your destination. Its always helpful to keep factual information available for a trouble-free journey. I also like clicking as I travel, though I am not as professional like the others out here. But, definitely, would like to be one some day. I hope you find what you look for as you land up to my blog accidentally or otherwise. But no matter what the reason be, it will always be my pleasure to connect with you and know you; for you are much like me who dares to step out in the unknown and make a unique album of your life, through your journeys. All the best!!! Happy Journey!!!

What’s new?

Well, it has been long that I was hesitating to take the step ahead to update my ‘About Page’. I think, I was awaiting the right opportunity and the time has come now. Past two years have been a lot of introspection and revelations. To take a step ahead merely from blogging to a business was a major decision. And, it was time for a leap of faith.

As I speak, I announce the transformation of my blog ‘Pack-Ur-Bags’ into a ‘Business’. ‘Pack-Ur-Bags’ is now officially a ‘Travel Business’ and I have registered my firm ‘Pack-Ur-Bags’ for providing travel services along with first hand personal travel accounts. So, while you are able to plan your travel through the blogs, you are also welcome to avail my travel services. Presently, I am serving the requirements of travel in India and the other South East Asian countries as I have personally experienced travelling in these countries, and try to get you the most transparent opinion.

  1. Hi there, thanks for your message. I’m glad to hear you like my blog layout, and as for tips, I always look for themes with a custom header and background. I design all my own category buttons, and whatever else I can for my sidebar/widgets. You can further customize your site’s look with the CSS upgrade and with html.

Your site looks nice, like a travel magazine. It looks like you put a lot of effort into it. Keep up the good work.

    1. Yah, I do, but not getting that much response. I am not able to get genuine reviews on my posts.
So, I do not clearly understand what’s the limitations on my blog, whether its the layout, or the content, or both. It will be nice of you if you can let me know something that you find I should improve upon. Looking forward to a great association.

      Thanks and Regards

      1. Building up a blog following and engagement takes time. In the meantime, keep posting regularly as often as possible and comment on other blogs, which also directs traffic back to your blog. Hope this helps. Good luck!
